Individually portioned at 3 oz and 3¼ in. in diameter, the cakes are made with 72%-cocoa dark chocolate, and they are free of gluten, casein and soy and are kosher certified. Operators need only to microwave the cakes for 45 seconds before serving, and the company recommends topping them with fruit coulis or chocolate sauce. The cakes are available in a 64-cake case for food service or in 2- or 8- cake packs for retail.
