Topos Mondial’s new Topos single- or double-sigma horizontal mixers feature an open-frame sanitary design. The 110° overtilt mixers come in sizes ranging from 600 to 2,100 lb. The reinforced mixing bowl, the bowl canopy, the main shaft, and the single- or double-sigma agitator are all solid stainless steel. The mixer frames can be made using solid stainless steel or mild steel coated in Steel It.
