System Technology, Inc. introduces a case shaker machine that helps to settle bakery products prior to loading in case closing equipment. It allows bakers and snack manufacturers to put more products in the case than what will naturally fit. The system comes in mild steel powder-coated and stainless steel versions. Controls allow the operator to adjust the length and intensity of the shake. For companies running multiple products on the same line, a bypass mode allows cases to pass through the machine without being shaken.
