Hinds-Bock griddle depositors accurately portion out smooth batter products or those with particulates such as blueberries, chocolate chips and flavored bits. The entire depositor moves with the cooking band to ensure proper shape and griddle coverage. Hopper agitation maintains the proper ratio of liquids and solids. Special contact parts are used for continuous duty over hot griddles. Tool-free removal for contact parts reduces sanitation times. PLCs with operator interfaces control the depositors, making selections easy.
