Barry Callebaut developed this program to improve the livelihoods of Cameroonian cocoa farming communities while also aiming to rejuvenate the cocoa farms. Milk chocolates created with the red cocoa from Cameroon benefit from a special fermentation process and have an intense shine, warm color and pronounced milky chocolate flavor. They carry sweet hints of caramel and toffee. The cocoa component tastes pleasantly bitter with a rich, fruity acidity.
