Bay State Milling introduces four blends of 100% whole grains for tortilla preparations: Heart Smart, Sweet Wheat, Deli Blend and Gourmet Grains. The company taps its full inventory of whole grains — barley, corn, oat, rye, spelt, triticale and wheat — to create these complete mixes and flour blends. The resulting tortillas qualify for the Whole Grain Stamp and are naturally flavorful, light colored with flexible texture.
