Hinds-Bock’s icer/glazer applies string and waterfall curtain icings onto panned and unpanned sweet goods. The icer features a double-walled heated and agitated tank with a variable-frequency pump and filter assembly. An oscillating head strings icing onto baked foods, or an adjustable trough waterfalls a curtain of icing or glaze. The two-part pass-through wire mesh conveyor offers catch pans, and an optional removable center belt section can be used for icing small unpanned products.
