Bakers can add more days to the fresh shelf life of donuts and pastries by formulating with Ultra Fresh Sweet 275, a new enzyme system from Corbion Caravan. This enzyme solution, which builds on the company’s Ultra Fresh technology, adds freshness, enhances taste and texture, extends the expiration date and reduces waste. According to company research, 90% of consumers rate the expiration date on sweet goods as very or extremely important.
