A baking mould includes two exterior elements with at least one baking cavity each and an intermediate supportive element arranged so that the baking cavities and operational channel form a continuous baking chamber. The chamber allows bakers to make products such as muffins with greater exterior crust. When a device within the baking chamber detects the dough has reached a predetermined viscosity, it generates a signal that causes the mould’s supportive members to separate.
