A rolled shell and stuffer machine quickly produces a large number of stuffed taquito-type shells. The basic components of the system include a shell mould with a diameter of about 0.5 in., a formation mandrel, a rolling support, a frying support, a removal support, a stuffing system and an optional handling tool. The interrelatedness of these components can vary, but the result enables a wider range of food stuffing. The material wrapped around the mandrel may be any shape, including round, rectangular or complex.
