DALLAS — Corner Bakery Cafe, a fast-casual restaurant chain, has opened two company-owned restaurants in Los Angeles and Las Colinas, Texas, and three franchise-owned cafes in Peoria, Ariz.; El Paso, Texas; and Flowood, Miss., over the past two months, with the latest opening taking place in Los Angeles on April 29. The addition of the five sites brings Corner Bakery’s U.S. presence to 115 locations.
"We are thrilled to introduce our signature dishes to five new neighborhoods," said Jim Vinz, president and chief operating officer. "The new company-owned locations in Los Angeles and the Dallas area expand our presence in communities that continue to show us tremendous support, and with the backing of our franchised partners, Corner Bakery Café has also enjoyed an incredible welcome in completely new regions like Peoria, Ariz.; El Paso, Texas; and Flowood, Miss."
