DECATUR, ILL. — Kent Soellner has been named vice-president of export trading at Archer Daniels Midland Co. He will be responsible for ADM’s North American grain export trading business and for managing risk in this area. He will report to Joe Taets, vice-president of ADM’s Grain Group. Mr. Soellner joined ADM in 2000, and he has held a number of roles within the company, including grain merchandiser, risk manager and procurement manager. He most recently was corn hedge desk manager. He received a bachelor’s of science degree in finance from Iowa State University.
