FRANCIS, WIS. — Wixon Inc. has introduced the Wixon Foodservice Group, a division designed to serve the restaurant industry by incorporating food science and technology with the culinary artistry of chefs. It will provide market and menu trends, menu ideas and customized formulations along with solutions for such day-to-day concerns as pricing, turnaround time and packaging.

Dean Antczak, director of national sales, Scott Cramer, food service product manager, and Judson McLester, corporate chef, will lead the group of flavor chemists, meat scientists, technologists and chefs.
