CLEVELAND — Ganeden Biotech, Inc., maker of the patented probiotic strain GanedenBC30, has a new partner in Glanbia Nutritionals, which produces custom micronutrient premixes for the food, beverage, human health and personal care industries. At I.F.T. 10, the Institute of Food Technologists’ annual meeting and food exposition set for July 17-20 in Chicago, Ganeden Biotech will sample a stick pack containing an immune health micronutrient premix from Glanbia Nutritionals and GanedenBC30.
“Partnering with an industry leader such as Glanbia Nutritionals will enable us to broaden the applications of GanedenBC30 into more functional foods, beverages and engineered nutraceutical applications,” said Andrew Lefkowitz, president and chief executive officer of Cleveland-based Ganeden Biotech.
