ST. FRANCIS, WIS. — James Moe and Brendan (Denny) Terrazas have been named blending supervisors at Wixon.

Mr. Moe, as a first-shift blending supervisor, will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and quality requirements. He will be responsible for daily safety audits and shift meetings to verify safety precautions and quality control procedures. Mr. Moe previously was a supervisor at Kerry Ingredients in Sturtevant, Wis. He completed supervisory and management training at Rock Valley College in Rockford, Ill., and Blackhawk Technical College in Beloit, Wis.

Mr. Terrazas, as a second-shift blending supervisor, will oversee safety and quality control. He is responsible for ensuring that employees use personal protection equipment, comply with federal regulations and follow proper manufacturing practices. Mr. Terrazas previously was a production supervisor at Amalga Composites in West Allis, Wis. He received a degree in business management from Bryant and Stratton College in Milwaukee.
