COPENHAGEN, DENMARK — Tom Knutzen, chief executive officer of Danisco, and Soren Bjerre-Nielsen, chief financial officer, will resign from the company in agreement with DuPont. Mr. Knutzen and Mr. Bjerre-Nielsen will be deregistered in the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency as of June 17, the day the resignations become effective.

DuPont, through its subsidiary DuPont Denmark Holding ApS, in May completed its tender offer for all outstanding shares of common stock of Danisco.

“On behalf of Danisco and the resigning board of directors, I would like to thank Tom Knutzen and Soren Bjerre-Nielsen for their loyal and competent efforts over the years,” said Jorgen Tandrup, chairman of Danisco. “They have both made an important contribution to the successful development of Danisco.”
