BOSTON — The Whole Grain Stamp made its debut in Australia last week as Bodhi’s Bakehouse introduced the symbol on its bread packaging. With the announcement, the Whole Grain Stamp now is on more than 5,600 products in 23 countries.
Founded in 1981, Bodhi’s Bakehouse bakes with regular wheat, Kamut and spelt; with rye and oats; with sprouted grains; and with legume flours, selling the finished products throughout Australia and even exporting to Singapore.
In addition to Australia, the Whole Grain Stamp is featured on products in the United States, Canada, the U.K., Ireland, New Zealand, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, China, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Brazil, Panama, Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, Colombia, Ecuador, and Costa Rica.
