LOUISVILLE, KY. — Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. is considering adding a new product line at its facility in Louisville, according to Courier-journal.com. The company was approved on Sept. 29 to collect up to $700,000 in tax incentives from the state of Kentucky and the Louisville metro government if it meets a goal of 57 new jobs and a projected average wage of $20 per hour, including employee benefits. Currently, the Louisville facility produces frozen goods for quick-service restaurants and food distributors worldwide. The new product line would launch in early 2012.
