WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corp. has signed a development agreement for India with the new franchisee Bedrock Food Co. Pvt., Ltd. to open 35 stores during the next fiver years.

The new stores will be located in six states in Northern India, including the cities of Delhi, Jaipur and Lucknow.
