ST. LOUIS — SensoryEffects Flavor Systems has introduced Choco-Flakes, a line of inclusions for frozen dessert applications. The new line is designed to have a melt point around 80 degrees F and ideal for use in ice creams and other frozen dessert systems, according to the company.
The Choco-Flakes line is available in three varieties: dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate. The flakes and chips also may be made into other chocolate-based flavors such as chocolate cherry, raspberry white chocolate, etc.
