CHICAGO — Nonni’s Food Co. has introduced Biscotti Bites, a mini-version of the company’s cookie. The 40-calorie bites are available in three varieties: classic almond, almond dark chocolate and caramel milk chocolate.

Classic almond is crisp and crunchy, with the sweet flavor of almonds and a hint of anise, while almond dark chocolate is a classic almond biscotti dipped in dark chocolate. Caramel milk chocolate is filled with caramel and dipped in milk chocolate.

The bites are available in a 24-count package at a suggested retail price of $3.49 to $3.99.

“In order for us to better service our consumers, we wanted to find out what we could do better to enhance their experience with our product,” said Matt Duffy, marketing director for Nonni’s. “Biscotti Bites are an easy solution for consumers who want to snack on gourmet cookies on-the-go; it communicates a less ‘fancy’ and more ‘everyday’ biscotti.”
