FAIRFIELD, OHIO — Foxtail Foods, a producer of wholesale, private label and custom bakery goods, will launch several gluten-free products on Aug. 1, including 1.5-oz gluten-free chocolate chip cookie dough pucks and 40-oz gluten-free brownie sheets.

Lynnette Warrick, vice-president of sales and marketing at Foxtail Foods, said the addition of gluten-free to Foxtail’s product line is consistent with the company’s commitment to creating high quality, delicious and unique treats that satisfy customer needs while creating both time and cost efficiencies for food service operators.

“Gluten-free allows us to continue to differentiate our dessert offerings while addressing specific dietary needs,” Ms. Warrick said.

Founded in 1986, Foxtail Foods manufactures pies, pancake mix, cookie dough and muffin batter for in-store bakeries and third-party customers. The company has a distribution facility in Cincinnati and provides baked goods to restaurant chains, hospitals, casinos, entertainment venues and in-plant feeders throughout the United States.
