The new all-stainless steel donut glazer from Topos Mondial Corp., Pottstown, Pa., features an inline, waterfall-type design that applies glazes from thin and uniform to thick and heavy. It features a sanitary air diaphragm pump with all-pneumatic controls and a removable glaze trough.
An air-actuated, reciprocating glaze sweep arm keeps glazes uniformly heated and mixed. Two stainless steel glaze catch pans funnel excess glaze back into the tank.
