DECATUR, ILL. — Archer Daniels Midland Co. will promote its new Clarisoy 100 isolated soy protein at its booth No. 6539 during the Institute of Food Technologists’ annual meeting and exposition June 12-14 in New Orleans. Clarisoy 100 provides protein fortification in transparent and low pH beverage systems. At I.F.T., an orange mango cooler with Clarisoy 100 will contain 6 grams of protein and 0 grams of fat and will be 50% juice.
