Topos Mondial’s Double Sigma open frame, sanitary-design, over-tilt horizontal mixers come in several sizes between 600 and 3,000 lb. The frame, reinforced jacketed mixing bowl, bowl canopy, main shaft and single sigma agitator are all stainless steel. The double-sigma agitator arm configuration accomplishes fast and efficient mixing. The sigma-shaped agitators run in opposing directions while overlapping their rotations.
