Rademaker's Systems Integration Division will be led by Doug Hale.

CULEMBORG, THE NETHERLANDS —Rademaker BV announced the launch of its U.S.-based Systems Integration Division on Feb. 20.  The company’s system provides customers with a turnkey solution that integrates the Rademaker production line with a broad range of auxiliary products and systems.

Rademaker has a Systems Integration department based at its company headquarters in Culemborg, The Netherlands. This department will work closely with the U.S. division in Hudson, Ohio, as it launches.


Doug Hale, director of systems integration, North America, will spearhead the division. Mr. Hale has more than 30 years of experience in bakery operations, facility consultancy, project management and systems integration. Additionally, Rademaker has added Dawayne Heiden as project manager of systems integration to round out the team. Mr.  Heiden has more than 30 years of plant engineering and project management experience in the industrial baking and food industry.
