Aryzta has been restructuring its management team since January.

ZURICH, SWITZERLAND — Gregory Sklikas will succeed Dermot Murphy as Aryzta’s chief executive officer for Europe. After working at the company for 20 years, Mr. Murphy has decided to step down from his position. He will continue his tenure until August and mentor Mr. Sklikas as he transitions into the role in May.

At the same time, I want to welcome Mr. Sklikas who brings a wealth of experience and achievement across the food sector in Europe.”


Mr. Sklikas has worked in the food industry for more than 25 years, with positions at London-based Unilever and Royal Friesland Campina. Prior to accepting his new positions at Aryzta, he was chief operating officer of consumer products EMEA for Friesland Campina, Amersfoort, The Netherlands, and responsible for overseeing 14 operating companies and 21 factories in 35 countries.

Since January, Aryzta has been restructuring itsmanagement teamand focusing onpricing changesand its core B2B frozen foods business in hopes of reversing falling sales in Europe and North America.
