MONTREAL — WeighPack Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of automated packaging solutions, has introduced a new depositing system that accelerates multi-pocket package filling and eliminates loss of food product. The Depositor can accommodate a wide range of package sizes and 1x2, 2x2, 2x3, and 3x3 configurations.
Developed to fill multiple zones at high speeds, the Depositor is an independent unit that can be integrated with a variety of systems. It is mounted on casters and can be connected to production lines with existing thermoforming machinery or tray indexing conveyors.
Other equipment features include a color touch screen with intuitive menu selections, set-up procedures, graphic readout as well as a compact, 304 stainless steel frame with an open design for easy cleaning.
