Corbion expanded its Pristine clean label cake solutions to include mixes, bases and icing stabilizers. The mixes and bases are available in vanilla and chocolate. The concentrated bases can be customized for sweet goods, loaf cakes, muffins or cake-textured cookies. The icing stabilizers help maintain the icing’s shine and gloss without chipping or melt-off.
