OREM, UTAH — Nathan Duvall has joined Kneaders Bakery & Cafe as chief operating officer. In his new role Mr. Duvall will assist the brand’s regional directors and district managers, along with their management teams, to ensure operational excellence and provide ongoing management training to enhance administrative and reporting processes. He also will work to further develop inventory systems, efficient scheduling procedures and profitability structure alongside leadership coaching and development.

Mr. Duvall spent the past seven-and-a-half years with Four Foods Group, most recently as chief restaurant officer. He earlier was vice-president of restaurant development. Prior to Four Foods Group he was general manager of the Lehi Kneaders Bakery & Cafe for 16 months. Earlier, he was a regional manager at Abundant Brands.

He received a bachelor of applied science degree in kinesiology and exercise science from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colo.
