PepsiCo’s Health Warrior brand is launching a line of Protein Mug Muffins made with ancient grains, nuts and seeds. Each plant-based muffin contains 12 grams of protein, 6 grams of sugar and 240 calories. Flavors include blueberry, banana nut and chocolate peanut butter.
Conagra Brands’ Gardein brand is launching a line of plant-based Single Serve Bowls, made with vegan, non-G.M.O. ingredients. The bowls come in four varieties: Italian Saus’age & Pasta, Chick’n Fajita, Orange Beefless and Teriyaki Chick’n.
New from Lenny & Larry’s is the White Chocolaty Razzberry Complete Cookie, featuring white chocolate chips and tart dried strawberries. Available in both 4-oz and 2-oz sizes, each cookie delivers at least 8 grams of plant-based protein and 5 grams of fiber. The baked protein cookies are dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, vegan and non-G.M.O.
