FORT WAYNE, IND. — Stephanie Chattillion has been named chief executive officer of Ellison Bakery, a portfolio company of Blackford Capital that manufactures cookie and snack products for the industrial, food service and retail private label markets.

Ms. Chattillion was most recently president of U.S. bakery and chief global process excellence officer for Dawn Food Products, Inc., a role she held since January 2015. Before that, she was the North American chief financial officer for CSM Bakery Supplies for more than three years. Earlier in her career, Ms. Chattillion held roles at Newell Rubbermaid, including vice-president of business planning and analysis for the Canada segment.

Blackford Capital acquired Ellison Bakery in January 2017.
