Koenig offers a new series of modular single-deck and multi-deck tunnel ovens. One is the direct-fired, single-deck tunnel oven SDD EOS. It is suitable for baking flatbread and typical pizza doughs. A series of infrared-radiant gas burners installed on top and underneath the oven conveyor bakes the product. The heat transfer to the product takes place mainly by infrared radiation as well as by contact and natural convection. This oven can reach temperatures up to 930°F, but it can also be modulated down to 300°F for baking any type of rustic product.
