DICKINSON, N.D. — Bob Larson has been promoted to chief operating officer and vice-president at Baker Boy, Inc. Mr. Larson most recently held the position of plant manager at the bakery, which produces a range of bakery items for food service, bakery, c-store and private label customers.

“Bob has demonstrated his ability to successfully lead as plant manager,” said Guy Moos, president of Baker Boy. “I have every bit of confidence that he’ll be a great chief operating officer.”

Mr. Larson has been with the company since 1994. He started his career there in a purchasing role and then was promoted to director of logistics in 2005, in which he oversaw purchasing, transportation and the sales of Baker Boy’s co-pack products. In 2013, he was named plant manager at the company’s facility in Dickinson.

Mr. Larson said the promotion has strengthened his commitment to Baker Boy and its workforce.

“It’s all about our people,” he said. “We have the best group we’ve ever had working together at Baker Boy. I’m humbled by the opportunity to continue to work with this fantastic team.”
