DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES — To provide local food manufacturers a range of after-market services, tna opened a new office and training facility in Dubai. Located in the Dubai Airport Free Zone, the building will stock more spare parts to give customers a shorter lead time and reduce operating costs.

“The Middle East food industry is experiencing considerable growth at the moment,” said Mukul Shukla, general manager, tna Middle East. “Across the region, local and international companies looking for manufacturing equipment that improves productivity, ensures product quality and meets local consumer demands to tap into the opportunities the Middle East food industry is offering.”

A new demo room featured in the facility allows customers the chance to test the equipment and participate in training sessions before purchase.

“In combination with our wide range of after-market services such as locally stocked parts, on-site technical support and online training programs, the new facility will help customers improve workplace safety, reduce downtime, enhance operational efficiencies and maximize the lifespan and performance of their tna solution,” Mr. Shukla said.

Twice the size of the company’s previous office, the new facility also allows tna more room for its growing team and a larger storage area for equipment.

“tna Middle East has grown tenfold since we started operating in the region in 2006 — both in terms of sales as well as staff,” Mr. Shukla said. “Together with our full spectrum of innovative food processing and packaging solutions, our new facility will be instrumental in helping food manufacturers unlock the potential of this rapidly evolving market.”
