LOUISVILLE, KY. — Papa John’s International, Inc. has appointed Michael Dubin, chief executive officer and founder of Dollar Shave Club, and Jocelyn Mangan, c.e.o. and founder of Him For Her, to its board of directors as new independent directors.

Mr. Dubin has been c.e.o. of Dollar Shave Club since 2011. Unilever N.V. bought the company in 2016. Mr. Dubin also has experience in marketing, advertising, media and digital commerce. He has worked for NBC, MSNBC, Time Inc. and two advertising agencies. He serves on the board of directors for Stance Socks.

Ms. Mangan leads Him For Her, a social enterprise that aims to direct talented women to serve on for-profit boards of directors. She serves on the board of directors of ChowNow, an online food ordering system and marketing platform. She held executive positions, including chief operating officer and chief product and marketing officer, at Snagajob. Ms. Mangan also was a senior vice-president at OpenTable.
