Fritsch recently introduced a dough sheeting system, the Soft Dough Sheeter (SDS), for its industrial bread line. It was developed specifically for processing natural, soft doughs. The SDS can precisely portion and create a continuous sheet of dough. The weight accuracy and elimination of long drops, along with fine, uniform flour dusting ensure smooth and precise production. The machine’s capacity ranges from 800 kg to 5 tons at a dough yield of 165 to 190 pieces per minute, depending on the type of flour.
