Griddle Depositors from Hinds-Bock are built for pancake and waffle batters. They accurately deposit pure batter products or those with inclusions such as blueberries, chocolate chips and flavored bits. The entire depositor moves with the cooking band to ensure proper shape and griddle coverage. Hopper agitation maintains the proper ratio of liquids and solids throughout the process, and special contact parts are used for continuous duty over hot griddles. The depositor is also built for easy sanitation with removable, tool-free parts.
