BREA, CALIF. — Andrew Euser has been named to the newly created role of chief administrative officer for Ventura Foods, producer of dressings, sauces, mayonnaise, margarine, butter blends, oils and shortenings. In his new role, Mr. Euser will oversee information technology, human resources and corporate communications.
Mr. Euser was most recently Ventura Foods’ chief human resources officer and executive vice-president, a role he has held since he joined the company in 2010. Before Ventura, he was vice-president of human resources for Dreyers Grand Ice Cream, a division of Nestle S.A. Prior to that, he was vice-president and chief people support officer for the Dreyers business. Mr. Euser began his career in the food industry in 1990 with PepsiCo, Inc.’s Frito-Lay division. For 13 years, he was Frito-Lay’s senior director of human resources for U.S. sales.

Furman, president and chief executive officer of Ventura Foods. “He excels in organizational design, strategy, collaboration and talent development. As chief administrative officer, he will leverage these skills to accelerate projects, systems and processes that deliver against our business priorities.”
Additionally, Erika Noonburg-Morgan has joined Ventura Foods as chief financial officer. She was most recently senior vice-president and c.f.o. for Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. Previously, Ms. Noonburg-Morgan spent more than 19 years with the Coca-Cola Co. in various financial leadership roles.
“Erika’s significant financial and operational expertise, along with her proven track record of rapidly assessing and improving systems and process, will be instrumental to our company,” Mr. Furman said. “Additionally, her six years of experience working internationally with Coca-Cola in Zurich, Switzerland, and Rotterdam, The Netherlands, will prove especially valuable as we continue to expand internationally.”
