“The industry is seeing increasing consumer demand for wholesome, clean label, artisanal products,” said Blake Millard, director of sales for U.S. and Canada, AMF Bakery Systems. “Through the integration of AMF Tromp and AMF Den Boer into AMF, we not only have the proven solutions of the sheeting technology, but we also bring a wider range of decorating, topping, and baking capabilities that facilitate more premium bread products.”

In booth 5420, attendees can view AMF Bakery Systems’ integrated solutions for producing artisan bread, rolls, buns, pizza, flatbreads, cakes, pies, pastries and croissants through self-guided interactive digital displays as well as augmented reality equipment demonstrations.

In addition, the equipment manufacturer will present the Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV). Created through an exclusive partnership with DTA the AGV can efficiently transfer dough troughs.
