SEATTLE — Starbucks Corp. has bolstered its board of directors with the appointment of three individuals: Richard E. Allison Jr., chief executive officer of Domino’s Pizza, Inc.; Andrew Campion, executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Nike, Inc.; and Isabel Ge Mahe, vice-president and managing director of Greater China at Apple Inc.

Mr. Allison has been c.e.o. of Domino’s since July 2018. He earlier was president of Domino’s International from October 2014 to July 2018 after joining the company in March 2011 as executive vice-president of international. He will serve on Starbucks’ Compensation and Management Development Committee.

Mr. Campion joined Nike in 2007 and has held the position of executive vice-president and c.f.o. since 2015. He will serve on Starbucks’ Audit and Compliance Committee.

Ms. Ge Mahe joined Apple in 2008, where she oversaw the development of cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Near Field Communication, location and motion technologies for nearly every Apple product. She will join Starbucks’ Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

The appointments increase Starbucks’ board of directors to 13.
