BROOMFIELD, COLO. — Caulifloodles have landed at Noodles & Co. The new cauliflower-infused noodles join traditional noodles and zoodles as a permanent menu addition that may be substituted into any dish on the menu at no additional cost.
Additionally, Caulifloodles star in two new limited-time-only seasonal dishes on the Noodles & Co. menu.
Cauliflower Rigatoni in Light Onion Cream Sauce features cauliflower-infused rigatoni in a light onion cream sauce with roasted zucchini, mushrooms and spinach topped with MontAmoré cheese and parsley.
Cauliflower Rigatoni Fresca with Shrimp includes cauliflower-infused rigatoni sautéed with shrimp, balsamic vinaigrette, olive oil and roasted garlic, mixed with red onion, tomato and spinach and topped with parmesan cheese.
