IRVINE, CALIF. — Brian Dick has been named corporate executive vice-president and chief operating officer at Golden State Foods (G.S.F.). He was promoted alongside Campbell Cooper, president of the company’s international business group.

Mr. Dick previously was senior corporate vice-president and president of global manufacturing at G.S.F. He has held several positions since joining the company in 1999, including president, vice-president and general manager of liquid products as well as vice-president of national account sales. In his new role, he will oversee all global operations, including food manufacturing and logistics groups.

“I’m confident that Brian and his expanded team will continue to bring strong leadership and proven relationship management to our global food processing and distribution partnerships,” said Mark Wetterau, chairman and chief executive officer at Golden State Foods.

Mr. Cooper joined the company last year as group vice-president for the GSF Fresh! business. Before that, he was general manager of functional foods at Royal Cosun. In his new role, he will oversea operations in Asia, New Zealand and the Middle East.

“Campbell has been an excellent fit for G.S.F. since he joined the company a year and a half ago,” Mr. Dick said.
