ORLANDO, FLA. — Baker registration is 30% ahead for the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) 2025 than it was for the 2022 show cycle at this time. Allen Wright, president of Hansaloy, and vice chair of the IBIE 2025 planning committee, and Jason Frye, senior vice president of supply chain, planning and performance, Flowers Foods, Thomasville, Ga., and secretary and treasurer of the IBIE 2025 planning committee, shared this update and more at the American Bakers Association (ABA) Convention, held March 23-25 in Orlando, Fla.

IBIE 2025 is less than six months away in Las Vegas, Sept. 13-15.

“IBIE is the largest trade show in the Americas for the grain-based food industry, showcasing the entire vertical supply chain,” Wright said. “Everything you need is at IBIE. There are thousands of products and solutions. You can meet with new or existing suppliers, connect with peers and hundreds if not thousands of influential people in the industry. Expertise is available from supplier experts to distinguished thought leaders. You can gain the insight you need today to future-proof your business for tomorrow.”

For the first time, all IBIEeducate sessions and demos are included in the price of registration. This education program will feature more than 250 sessions, a record number of sessions, for attendees to choose from, covering timely topics for every job function and segment within the industry. Specialty courses and workshops will also be available as add-ons. IBIE 2025 will also be offering more sessions in Spanish as well as multilingual translation available to international attendees. While education opportunities run throughout the entirety, on Saturday, Sept. 13, IBIE will host a dedicated day of education, before the show floor opens on Sept. 14.

IBIE 2025 will also host a variety of competitions and awards including the BEST in Baking industry awards, World Bread Awards USA, the Pillsbury Creative Cake Decorating Competition and the Panettone World Cup, which is making its debut at IBIE 2025. Applications are open now on IBIE’s website

Members of the ABA, BEMA and Retail Bakers of America organizations, which co-own IBIE, can receive discounts on exhibiting and attending.

“Members can save up to $300+ by registering now!” Wright said.
