ARLINGTON, VA. — SNAC International business members have unanimously approved new officers for its executive committee and new directors-at-large for its board of directors.

The 2025-26 executive committee includes Phil Gusmano of Better Made Snack Foods as chairman, Tim Bateman of Calbee America, Inc. as first vice chairman, Cindy Kuester of Snak King as second vice chairman, Justin Spannuth of Unique Snacks and Mike Harper of Rudolph Foods as past chairmen, Julie Calef of Old Dutch Foods as treasurer, Leanne Oliver of PepsiCo Foods North America as secretary, Chad McDonald of Bryce Corp. as associate executive council (AEC) president, and Christine Cochran of SNAC International as president and chief executive officer.

The new executive committee joins 2025-28 board of directors at SNAC, which includes Angel Flores of Wise Foods, Troy Gunden of Herr Foods, Inc., Megan Koehler as Campbell’s Snacks, Chris Read of Shearer’s Foods and Erik Sword of Conagra Brands.

Moreover, SNAC associate members approved a new AEC governing body, which includes McDonald as president, Mike Cantore of Carolina Ingredients as first vice president, Dulcinea Freymoyer of Reading Bakery Systems of second vice president, Andre Boughet of Packaging Corporation of America and Jeff Almond of Heat and Control as past president.

The governing board also includes new directors-at-large such as Mark Brogan of Printpack, Alec Pratto of Focke & Co., Mukul Shunkla of TNA North America, Joe Curcio of BluePrint Automation and John Kaufmann of Kerry, Inc.
