LOS ANGELES — FAT (Fresh, Authentic, Tasty) Brands Inc., parent company of Round Table Pizza, Fatburger, Johnny Rockets among others, has promoted Taylor Wiederhorn from chief development officer to co-chief executive officer. Wiederhorn succeeds Rob Rosen, who is transitioning from his position as co-CEO to a consulting position focused on debt and capital markets for the company.
The company said Ken Kuick will continue as co-CEO and chief financial officer alongside Wiederhorn.
Prior to his role as chief development officer, which was his position for the last eight years overseeing the sales of new franchise locations, Wiederhorn was vice president of franchise marketing and development at Fatburger North America Inc., for the company.
In 2023, Wiederhorn assumed the role of brand CEO for 15 of the company's concepts.
Rosen was promoted to co-CEO in May 2023 alongside Ken Kuick. They succeeded Andy Wiederhorn who continued as chairman of the board of directors.
Rosen was executive vice president of capital markets.
Rosen has held positions in finance, banking, lending and portfolio management for such companies as Fleet Bank, Kidder Peabody and Bank of Tokyo.
