Dan Malovany

Dan Malovany is editorial director of Baking & Snack magazine. He has covered the baking industry for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Sosland Publishing Company in 2010, he served as an editor and columnist at various food publications and as a reporter at several newspapers. He has a master’s and bachelor’s degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
