Church & Dwight’s consumer products business is organized into two segments: Consumer Domestic, which encompasses both household and personal care products, and Consumer International, which primarily consists of personal care products. The Company has twelve key brands representing approximately 80% of its consumer sales. These “power brands” include ARM & HAMMER, TROJAN, OXICLEAN, SPINBRUSH, FIRST RESPONSE, NAIR, ORAJEL, XTRA, VMS (L’IL CRITTERS and VITAFUSION), BATISTE, WATERPIK and FLAWLESS. The remaining 11 power brands have been added to the Company’s portfolio since 2001 through several acquisitions.
