Sweetened with erythritol, the gluten-free, keto-certified bars contain 10 grams of milk and whey protein and 1 gram of sugar.
The Chocolate Mousse Pie bar is made with almond butter, cocoa powder, chicory root fiber, buttermilk, cocoa butter and tapioca starch. Each bar contains 170 calories, 3 grams of net carbs and 2 grams of fiber.
The Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough bar is made with peanut flour, peanut butter, chicory root fiber, peanuts, buttermilk, cocoa powder, cocoa butter and almond butter. Each bar contains 180 calories, 2 grams of net carbs and 3 grams of fiber.
The Bountiful Co. is adding a new line to its Pure Protein brand of protein bars: Pure Protein Chilled Protein Bars. The refrigerated bars provide protein from grass-fed whey and are non-GMO with no added preservatives. The bars come in three flavors: peanut butter dark chocolate, vanilla fruit and nut, and blueberry vanilla almond.
