Hispanic bread, tortilla bases

Formulated without use of bromate or ADA, this line of specialty bread bases from Bread Partners creates appealing Hispanic breads, rolls and tortillas. As bases, these products are added at 5 to 20% (flour weight basis) while the whole wheat bolillo base is used at 50%. A base in paste form is offered for bizcocho and conchas. The line also includes a complete mix for rosca de reyes (three kings bread).
